The Surgical Kit 1 contains instruments with a handpiece shaft for lateral access during external sinus lift. Carbide burs in three diameters and diamond instruments in three grit sizes enable successive thinning of the fascial maxillary sinus wall up to the Schneiderian membrane. The large diameter of the instruments protects the membrane from unwanted perforation.
The Surgical Kit 2 contains instruments with a contra-angle handpiece shaft for lateral access during external sinus lift. Carbide burs in three diameters and diamond instruments in three grit sizes enable successive thinning of the fascial maxillary sinus wall up to the Schneiderian membrane. The large diameter of the instruments protects the membrane from unwanted perforation.
The Surgical Kit 3 contains conical carbide instruments with FG shanks in various sizes and serrations, which enable a wide range of applications in oral surgery. The particularly easy-to-cut and efficient burrs have an extra-long shaft for the best view of the working area and a sharp tip for safe use in bone.
The Surgical Kit 4 contains a selection of conical carbide burs with handpiece shank for a wide range of applications in oral surgery. The burrs have a particularly easy-cutting and efficient saw tooth design and a specifically aligned helix angle. The narrow working parts allow the best possible view of the working area.
