Crest Control Kit

Crest-Control is a system for the controlled, pre-determinable widening of horizontally resorbed bone and is used in the distal mandible over a longer distance. The reliable horizontal spreaders make spreading of the alveolar ridge possible by up to 5 mm. Subsequently, an implant of all current systems can still be used during the mineralisation phase in the widened segment from which the osteointegration due to a highly-potent body growth factor of the existing callus may be accelerated.
